Strategic HR Partner support includes:

  • Recruit and Onboarding including sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and selection support as well as negotiations, immigration assistance, onboarding, and more.
  • Work Culture through engagement, retention, and employee experience feedback. Help identify issues, enhance the workforce effectiveness and lead positive change.
  • Workforce Design by evaluating current and future needs, identifying gaps, developing job position descriptions, and designing effective organizational structures.
  • Performance Feedback including effective coaching, talent and skill gap evaluations, performance improvement support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Compensation and Classifications using job audits, proactive market analysis and equity reviews, and providing leadership for ensuring effective job scopes and position classifications and reclassifications.
  • Organizational Change advising on established methods, tools, and strategies for engaging employees and cascading communications.
  • HR Policy and Compliance through understanding policies, legal responsibilities, and compliance with employment regulations to meet internal and external requirements while supporting a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • People Related Issues such as conflict resolution, corrective action, employee transitions, separations, and off-boarding.
