The Core Administrative Processing Support (CAPS) Center is a shared services unit of the University of Missouri, providing payroll and personnel transaction services for departments across the university. Support from CAPS results in centralized processing expertise, fewer errors and more time for departments to devote to their unit’s mission and goals.
